You can start a return via our Return Portal.

Return Window: You have 30 days from your order date to request and return items.

Shipping Returns: Please return items promptly after approval, especially if close to the 30-day limit.

Return Method: You can choose a Goulet Pens gift card or a refund to your original payment method. Gift cards are emailed after processing; refunds may take 10 business days.

Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges. However, if you have a defective item our Customer Care team might be able to offer you a replacement item. 

Fees: There is no return fee. However, we may charge up to 10% for processing, cleaning, or missing components and will notify you if this applies to your return.

Prepaid Labels: Available only for defective or damaged items. For non-defective returns of any type you cover shipping costs.

International Returns: No prepaid labels for international returns. We’ll refund your return shipping for defective items, up to your original shipping cost. Import duties and VAT are not refundable.

Non-returnable Items: No returns on Bottom Shelf items, gift cards, ink samples, used notebooks/inks, Namiki/Bespoke Sailor pens, or any fountain pen over $1000 if used.

Condition for Returns: We do not accept returns for user-damaged items or improper use.

Denial of Returns: We reserve the right to deny any return and will return items sent outside the 30-day period without approval.
