Damage due to misuse and/or accidents are not covered under warranty repairs. This can include, but is not limited to, falls, misuse, repairs not performed by the manufacturer, and any work performed by a privately contracted nibmeister are not covered under manufacturer warranties, or our 30 day return period. We reserve the right to refuse any return due to user damage.
