We take great care in protecting ink bottles and samples from leaks by using plastic bags to separate them from other items in your order. While we do everything we can to prevent it, leaks can occasionally occur.

If you receive any ink samples or bottles that have leaked, please contact us immediately. We’re happy to replace the affected items or offer a refund. To assist us in resolving the issue quickly, please provide the name of the leaked ink and include photos of any other affected items.
