What should I do if I receive a leaking ink?Updated 11 days ago

We aim to protect bottles of ink and ink samples from leaking by using plastic bags to separate ink from the other items in your order. Despite our best efforts, leaks can still happen.

If you receive a leaking ink sample from us, please contact us right away. We are happy to replace any affected ink samples or offer a refund for those affected samples. 

If possible, a photo of the leaky sample/s would help us understand the issue better, but rest assured, we're going to make it right for you.
