If you are within 30 days of your purchase from us, please use our Return Portal to initiate a return for defective items.

After 30 days, we will connect you directly with the distributor or manufacturer, as they are responsible for any defects or warranty repairs.

Otherwise, if you have a manufacturing defect, here's the information you'll need.
