- General Writing Instruments: 2-year warranty. (includes Explorer Collection, Iro-Utsushi Dip Pen, Kakuno Fountain Pens, MR Collection, Parallel Pens, Prera Fountain Pens)
- Fine Writing Instruments: 3-year warranty (Custom 74, Custom 743, Custom 823 Custom 845, Custom Heritage SE, Custom Heritage 92, Custom Heritage 912, Custom Urushi, E95S, Falcon, Grance, Ishime, Justus 95, Silvern, Vanishing Point Collection)
Namiki Writing Instruments: These products are covered under a lifetime warranty from the date of purchase. (Aya, Chinkin, Emperor, Nippon Art, Yukari Royale, Yukari)
What’s Covered
Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
Example: cracks, nib/feed misalignment, piston mechanism issues
What’s Not Covered
Normal wear and tear
Issues arising from misuse, abuse, neglect, accidental damage, tampering.
Damage from misuse, accidents, or modification
Loss of original parts or theft
Proof of Purchase
Original receipt or order confirmation required
Warranty applies only to authorized retailer purchases
