At checkout, all shipping information is entered directly by the customer. We do not store address information to autofill. Many devices and payment platforms—like PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, Androids, and iPhones—may autofill address details, so we recommend double-checking everything before completing your order.
Please carefully review your confirmation email. If your email is incorrect in any way email us immediately at [email protected]. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to correct the error. However, if the city, state, or zip code needs to be changed, we will have to cancel your order and have you place it anew.
Once an order has shipped, we’re unable to make any changes or retrieve packages sent to an incorrect address. If the package is returned to us due to an invalid or incorrect address, we can either reship it (shipping fees will apply) or refund the order minus the original shipping cost, and any other fees associated with it being returned to us. We’ll contact you directly to coordinate next steps.
If an order is marked delivered to the address provided at checkout (the address on the order) and cannot be recovered or is not returned to us, we do not offer refunds or replacements.
