Please let us know ASAP if you realize that you gave us the wrong shipping address — we may be able to correct it before it ships.

If your order is returned to us as undeliverable, you can choose to either pay for reshipping it to the correct address, or we can refund you for the products less the original shipping charges. We'll reach out to you to coordinate your options once the package is returned to us.

If your order ships to an incorrect address provided at the time the order is placed and is not retrievable, we are not responsible and cannot offer reimbursement.
