My order says "Delivered", I can't find it.Updated a month ago
Don't worry- We've got you.
When this happens, we often see scans stating "delivered" when it means it was put on a truck to be delivered or has an incorrect scan. To add another layer to this, we sometimes see cases where it's scanned to be delivered, but it is loaded onto the wrong delivery truck. Since it's ‘delivered’ the tracking stops so there is no update while it gets processed back at the post office to be redelivered a few days later.
Sometimes we see orders that have been delivered to a 'Parcel Locker', a Front Office, or a mailroom. We've even heard of delivery drivers hiding packagers under bushes or behind plants to try and keep them hidden from view. We always recommend checking those places, and with neighbors just in case!
Our standard operating procedure in the event of an incorrect USPS scan is to give the matter a little bit of time to shake out. The USPS often corrects itself even when parcels take the scenic route, and we rarely see a real "lost" package in these instances. However, if it still has not arrived in 7 business days, reach back out to us and we will go from there.
