If you received an email with tracking information showing that your package was delivered but it's not where it is supposed to be, please start by checking with your neighbors and your local post office or customs office. Sometimes, packages can be mis-scanned, and the issue usually resolves itself within a few days. 

We ask that you wait at least 5 business days from the delivery date before requesting a replacement or refund, as this situation happens quite frequently and usually resolves itself.
