If an item is missing from your order please let us know as soon as possible and we'll work with you to make it right. Often smaller items are wrapped in packing paper, which can make them harder to find, or are included in other packaging.
If your package was damaged in shipping, we'll take care of you, so don't worry! Please email us photos of the damage to the box and any items that were damaged.
In rare circumstances, we may need to offer a credit/refund depending on stock availability.
