How does the ordering process work?Updated 8 hours ago

Congratulations! You've found something you want and placed your order! Now what?


1. Track Your Order

  • You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You might also get a tracking notice from the Shop App if you have that. You do NOT need to download the Shop App to track your order- the email we send will be sufficient. 

  • Not seeing updates? Recheck your tracking email after 24 hours—sometimes carriers need a bit to update. 

2. Need to Change Your Order?

  • Orders not yet shipped can often be edited

  • Submit a request ASAP using our Contact Form or email [email protected] with:

    • Subject: "Order Change – [Your Order #]"

    • Body: Details (e.g., item name/SKU, what you’d like changed)

  • We'll confirm whether the edit is possible as quickly as we are able.

3. Want to Cancel Your Order?

  • If your items haven’t shipped yet, cancellation is usually possible.

  • Reach us via Contact Form or email  [email protected] with:

    • Subject: "Cancel Order – Your Order #"

  • Once shipped, cancellations aren’t possible—but we’ll walk you through return options if needed.

4. Received a Damaged or Incorrect Item?

  • First, we’re sorry! Please reach us via the Contact Form right away:

    • Subject:Issue with Order – Your Order #

    • Tell us what went wrong and include photos if you can.

  • We’ll make it right—by replacing the item or issuing a refund, depending on your circumstances.

5. Still Have Questions About Your Order?

  • Whether it’s a delayed shipment, missing item, or anything else—we’re here to help.

  • Submit your question via our Contact Form or [email protected], and we’ll get back to you promptly—usually within 1 business day.
