Congratulations! You've found something you want and placed your order! Now what?
1. Track Your Order
You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You might also get a tracking notice from the Shop App if you have that. You do NOT need to download the Shop App to track your order- the email we send will be sufficient.
Not seeing updates? Recheck your tracking email after 24 hours—sometimes carriers need a bit to update.
2. Need to Change Your Order?
Orders not yet shipped can often be edited
Submit a request ASAP using our Contact Form or email [email protected] with:
Subject: "Order Change – [Your Order #]"
Body: Details (e.g., item name/SKU, what you’d like changed)
We'll confirm whether the edit is possible as quickly as we are able.
3. Want to Cancel Your Order?
If your items haven’t shipped yet, cancellation is usually possible.
Reach us via Contact Form or email [email protected] with:
Subject: "Cancel Order – Your Order #"
Once shipped, cancellations aren’t possible—but we’ll walk you through return options if needed.
4. Received a Damaged or Incorrect Item?
First, we’re sorry! Please reach us via the Contact Form right away:
Subject: “Issue with Order – Your Order #”
Tell us what went wrong and include photos if you can.
We’ll make it right—by replacing the item or issuing a refund, depending on your circumstances.
