Orders with Standard Shipping ship two business days after they are placed. For FedEx 2-day or Overnight shipping, orders placed before 11 am ET ship the same business day; those placed after 11 am ET ship the following business day.
Once your order ships, we will email you the tracking information. You can also view your order status by clicking "My Account" at the top of our website. Please note that tracking details may take up to 24 hours to update. You do not need the Shop app to track your package.
Important Note: We cannot change or cancel an order once the tracking email has been sent.
