How do I add my birthday for an extra coupon?Updated 10 days ago

At the bottom of all of our email newsletters, you’ll see a link to “Manage Preferences” -- from there you can add your birthday! Make sure it’s written in MM/DD/YYYY format. 

On the morning of your birthday (8 am in your timezone), we’ll send you an email and/or SMS with a special birthday coupon. You’ll need to be an active email or SMS subscriber to get the birthday coupon.

To redeem the code, you must add the Ink Sample Package - Surprise Me! (8 Random Ink Samples) to your cart, then you can input that code in the "Gift Card or Discount Code Box" on the checkout screen, and it will apply the discount.
