While most international packages show up within a few weeks, there can be delays for a variety of reasons.

First, check with your local post office, FedEx office, or customs office depending upon which shipping method you used. In many countries, you can give them your tracking/package number and they can tell you if it's in their system or not. If not, please let us know and we'll do our best to track it down.
