The Goulet Pen Company is an authorized retailer for all the brands we carry. That means you can have peace of mind knowing your purchase is backed by the manufacturer’s warranty. We’ll do everything we can to assist you if you need warranty support. For details, please see the Brand Specific pages.

While Goulet doesn’t provide its own separate warranty (except for items we manufacture ourselves), we do offer a 30-day return window. If you experience a warranty-related issue within that timeframe, we’ll take care of you directly or in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty process.

After 30 days, warranty coverage continues through the manufacturer. At that point, we may no longer be the best resource, but our team will gladly help connect you with the right contact for warranty repairs or service.
