General Shipping Policy
Processing & Shipping Schedule
Operating Hours: We ship Monday–Friday (excluding holidays).
Standard Shipping: Processed and shipped within 2 business days. This method does not include a guaranteed delivery date or full tracking.
FedEx (Domestic): Orders placed by 11 AM ET ship the same business day; otherwise, they ship the next business day. FedEx does not deliver on weekends.
International (Standard & FedEx): All international orders ship within 3 business days.
Domestic (U.S.) Rates & Services
Standard: $8.95 for orders under $99, FREE on orders over $99. Free shipping to APO/FPO addresses.
FedEx (2-Day/Overnight): Rates range from $17.00 (2 Day) to $49.00 (overnight). These are the only methods with guaranteed delivery dates and end-to-end tracking.
Note: FedEx cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or U.S. Territories.
Surcharges: A $1.00 surcharge applies to orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii.
International Shipping
Standard (DHL eCommerce): An affordable option with limited tracking and no guaranteed delivery date. Rates vary by location.
FedEx International: A faster service featuring full end-to-end tracking. FedEx facilitates the movement of your package through customs, and an additional fee for the processing and handling of your order through customs will be presented to you at the time of delivery.
These fees are collected by the carrier on behalf of your local government and are not included in your initial shipping payment.
United Kingdom: All orders to the UK must meet a minimum subtotal of $200 USD (after discounts).
Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for all import fees, taxes, duties, and any handling/convenience fees charged by the carrier or your country.
Non-Payment Policy: If these fees are not paid to FedEx or the local courier, the package may be destroyed or returned.
Refund Eligibility:
If Destroyed: No refund will be issued.
If Returned: We will refund the order minus the original shipping and any return fees/customs costs we incurred to get the package back.
Tracking & Delivery
Updates: Tracking emails are sent upon shipment. Standard scans may take 24–48 hours to update in the carrier's system.
Forwarding Services: Our liability ends once a package is marked "Delivered" to a forwarding service address. We are not responsible for packages missing after that point.
Address Changes: No changes or cancellations can be made once an order has shipped.
