What shipping carriers do you use?Updated 11 days ago
Our current shipping options include FedEx and standard DHL. For domestic Economy and Standard shipping, DHL typically handles the initial leg of the journey, with final delivery made by USPS. Oftentimes, tracking is delayed during this, so your tracking may not indicate the truth of your packages' movement.
For International Standard Shipping, the package may start with DHL and then be handed off to your country’s local postal service for final delivery.
Due to how distribution centers are structured, your package might take a less direct route—but rest assured, it’s on its way to you.
