Do you offer pen tests?Updated a month ago

Most of our pens do not require additional onsite testing.

In general, we do not test pens from LAMY, TWSBI, Conklin, Monteverde, Sailor, Magna Carta, Visconti, or Pilot. However, if you have a specific pen in mind and would like it tested, please contact us before placing your order to see if testing is possible. While we strive to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee the ability to test any pen and reserve the right to discontinue this service at any time without notice.

Please note that requesting a pen test will delay your order by one business day, regardless of the shipping method selected.

Additionally, if a pen has been tested onsite, we do not accept returns for writing-related defects.
