Can I edit or cancel my order?Updated an hour ago

Contact Us! We’ll do our best to accommodate your request to change or cancel your order. However, if it has already been packed up, we won’t be able to make changes or cancel it.

If you need to edit your order:

• To add an item, please include both the SKU and product name in your email, and we’ll send you an invoice for the difference. 
• To remove an item, also provide the SKU and product name, and we’ll ensure the correct item is removed. Note that since your payment isn’t processed until shipping, you won’t see a refund; the pending balance will simply decrease.

Please email us from the address used for your order and limit your communication to one email. Multiple messages can delay your request, as each new email moves you to the back of the line. 

If you need to cancel your order

• Generally, you can cancel your order if it has not shipped. The best way is to email us at [email protected] with your order number and "Cancel Order" in the subject line so we can attempt to cancel it. You can also use our Contact Form.
• If your order is already being fulfilled we may not be able to retrieve an order for cancellation. If this is the case, you can return the order to us for a refund after delivery.
