Contact Us! We’ll do our best to accommodate your request to change your order. However, if it has already been packed up we won’t be able to make changes or cancel it.
To add an item, please include both the SKU and product name in your email, and we’ll send you an invoice for the difference.
To remove an item, also provide the SKU and product name, and we’ll ensure the correct item is removed. Note that since your payment isn’t processed until shipping, you won’t see a refund; the pending balance will simply decrease.
Please email us from the address used for your order and limit your communication to one email. Multiple messages can delay your request, as each new email moves you to the back of the line.
