Can I cancel my order?Updated a month ago

Generally, you can cancel your order if it has not shipped. The best way is to email us at [email protected] with your order number and "Cancel Order" in the subject line so we can attempt to cancel it. Or, use our Contact Form.

However if your order is already in the process of being fulfilled, there are times when we may not be able to retrieve an order for cancellation. If this is the case, you can return the order to us via "Return To Sender", or submit a return via our Returns Portal. We will issue you a refund after the order arrives back to us.
