Can I cancel my order?Updated a month ago

Generally, you can cancel your order if it has not shipped. The best way is to email us at [email protected] with your order number and "Cancel Order" in the subject line so we can attempt to cancel it. You can also use our Contact Form.

If your order is already being fulfilled we may not be able to retrieve an order for cancellation. If this is the case, you can return the order to us for a refund after delivery.
