Coverage Period

• Visconti pens are guaranteed for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase against any manufacturing defects
  
  

What’s Covered

• Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
  

• Example: cracks, nib/feed misalignment, piston mechanism issues
  
  

What’s Not Covered

•  Damage resulting from everyday use.
  

•  Products that have been dropped or damaged from improper use, alterations caused by direct exposure to sunrays, high temperatures, and unauthorized repairs or manipulations. 
  

• Loss or theft
  
  

Proof of Purchase

• Original receipt or order confirmation required. If you need your receipt from Goulet Pens, we can provide you with a copy via email.
  

• Guarantees will only be valid if you present a receipt of purchase from a Visconti authorized dealer along with your repair (Amazon, EBay, are not authorized dealers).
  
  

Who to Contact

• Within 30 days of purchase: Contact Goulet Pens for replacement/refund
  

• After 30 days: Contact Coles of London, the US distributor for Visconti. They have a Visconti Repair form on their site under the Services tab.

• If you are outside the US, you must contact Visconti Italy directly.
  
  

How to File a Claim

1. Submit a request via the repair form on Coles of London's website.

2. Provide proof of purchase (order number, receipt, etc.)

3. Describe the issue in detail, with photos if possible
   

4. All warranty repairs are subject to a flat fee of $25 for shipping. If the pen is sent without a proof of purchase, an additional fee of $55 will be assessed. Other charges might be applicable based on your specific situation.
