Coverage Period
Sailor offers a one-year warranty against original factory defects in material and workmanship.
Starts from the date of purchase.
What’s Covered
Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
Example: cracks, nib/feed misalignment, piston mechanism issues
What’s Not Covered
Normal wear and tear (as determined by Sailor, in these cases, standard repair or parts replacement charges will apply.)
Issues arising from misuse, abuse, neglect, accidental damage, tampering.
Damage from misuse, accidents, or modification
Loss of original parts or theft
Proof of Purchase
Original receipt or order confirmation required
Warranty applies only to authorized retailer purchases
Who to Contact
Within 30 days of purchase: Contact Goulet Pens for replacement/refund
After 30 days: Itoya of America, Itoya of Canada, or Itoya Japan if you are outside of North America.
