What is Sailor's warranty?Updated 4 months ago

Our return policy is 30 days. If you're having issues, please reach out within 30 days of your purchase so we can assist you directly.

After 30 days, we will connect you directly with the distributor or manufacturer, as they are responsible for any defects or warranty repairs.

Sailor offers a one-year warranty against original factory defects in material and workmanship, starting from the date of purchase. We will take care of you directly within the first 30 days, and after that, we will help you get in touch with Itoya.

To get started with any warranty or repair claims with Itoya of America, please include the original sales receipt. If you need a copy, we are happy to supply that fr you. 

Please note that the warranty does not cover issues arising from misuse, abuse, neglect, accidental damage, tampering, loss of original parts, or normal wear and tear (as determined by Sailor). In these cases, standard repair or parts replacement charges will apply. Additionally, this warranty is only valid for products purchased through authorized retailers.
