Log in to your account and click the 'My Account' link at the top of our site. You can update your billing or shipping address, password, and more.

To change your email address, please email us at [email protected] with your old and new email addresses, as well as your current shipping address, to help expedite the process.

If you'd like to delete your account, email us at the same address, and we will process your request. Please note that account deletions may take up to 10 days or longer, depending on your most recent purchase.

If you need to update your address on a pending order, please contact us immediately, and we will try to catch your order before it ships. For more information, see 'Oops! I gave you an incorrect shipping address!' if that applies to your situation.
