Why hasn't my tracking updated?Updated 2 months ago

Packages can sometimes take up to two weeks to arrive, with inconsistent tracking updates. Your patience and understanding with tracking delays is greatly appreciated, as we do everything we can to try to provide the best process possible within our control. 

If it has been more than 10 days and tracking has not updated or your order has not shown up please let us know.
