When will my order ship?Updated 2 months ago

If you select FedEx and place your order by 11am Eastern Time (Monday-Friday), we'll ship it same business day, unless you have requested something that causes a delay. All other orders will ship within 3 business days.

We ship five days a week, Monday through Friday. Tracking for orders shipped late afternoon may not update until the following business day. Please allow an extra day for processing during busy seasons.

You'll get an email with tracking info once your order ships. After this, changes or cancellations aren't possible. You can track your order status on our website under My Account.
