If you're missing an item from your order, please let us know and we'll work with you to make it right. Often smaller items are wrapped in the packing paper, which can make them harder to find!

If your package was damaged in shipping, we'll send replacements to you at no cost. In rare circumstances, we may need to offer a credit/refund if a similar product is not available.
